This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through the Castify website, applications, or services.

1. Free Services

Most of Castify's radio streaming services are available free of charge. No refund applies to services that are offered free of cost.

2. Premium Services

If Castify offers premium subscriptions, paid features, or digital services in the future, the following terms will apply unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

3. Subscription Payments

Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your chosen payment method.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in situations such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments.

  • Billing errors caused by our system.

  • Unauthorized transactions, subject to verification.

  • Technical issues that permanently prevent access to a purchased service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

5. Non-Refundable Payments

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Partial use of a subscription period.

  • Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.

  • Internet connectivity issues outside our control.

  • Device incompatibility not caused by Castify.

  • Violations of our Terms of Use that result in account suspension or termination.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already made, unless required by applicable law.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution and may take several business days.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Castify platform.
